- Where is my data hosted?
- In the EU - the app runs on Cloudflare Workers and the database is a Supabase project in the EU region. No service-role key is ever used from the client.
- Which survey tools do you connect to?
- LimeSurvey, Qualtrics, REDCap, KoboToolbox, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, ODK Central. Only LimeSurvey has been run against a real instance so far - the rest are built from each vendor's published API and marked as such in the app, not hidden.
- Can I get my questionnaire into another format?
- Four export formats today - XLSForm (Kobo/ODK/Ona/SurveyCTO), REDCap, LimeSurvey (.lss) and Qualtrics (.qsf). All four are built from each format's published specification and structurally tested; none has been confirmed by importing it into a live instance of every target yet, and the export screen says so before you download anything.
- What happens to my account if I leave?
- Export and deletion are self-service, in the app, under "Your data" - no support ticket. Deleting your account keeps your team's shared surveys intact and removes your personal link to them, rather than destroying a team's work because one person left.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan has no time limit and no payment method required.
